I'm Lila Sakcharoen, co-founder of AshRiver Realty. I grew up in Bangkok and lived in the United States for many years. When I moved back to Thailand I thought I'd never live anywhere other than Bangkok, but when I gave Pattaya a 6-month "trial" I was hooked!
I love the pace (light to no traffic!), the beachy atmosphere, but most of all I have truly found people easy to connect with! I have two younger children and finding like-minded families has been so easy here.
My father's side of my family have lived in Chonburi for generations and have been in the real estate business for over 70 years! I'm proud to continue that family tradition by offering tailored services for those interested in making Thailand their home.
